WEST PALM BEACH, FL- (May 5, 2021) Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League launched its new Humane Education Program one year ago and is proud to offer a variety of programs for all ages. Peggy Adams’ Humane Education Department believes that people, animals, and the environment are all connected. Through humane education programs, together, we can all make a lifetime of good choices in our treatment of all living things and the world we share.
Starting Thursday, May 6, at 10:30 a.m., Peggy Adams will host a free in-person storytime program each week for children two – five years of age. Listen to fun stories and meet one of Peggy Adams’ animal ambassadors in the new Lesly S. Smith Pet Adoption Center. Following each program, participants will have the opportunity to take a tour of the new center. Space is limited, and a suggested donation of $5 is appreciated. Another unique program Peggy Adams is hosting is PupPurrazzi: Virtual Photography Workshop, scheduled for Wednesday, May 12, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Learn to take pictures of your pets like a pro using your phone. This workshop will help transform your snapshots into magical memories and long-lasting portraits with instruction from award-winning pet photographer Vasi Siedman.
