Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League and the Darbster Foundation join forces to help Kentucky Tornado Pets
In a joint effort between Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League and the Darbster Foundation, pet supply donations are being accepted at ACC’s main shelter to benefit the pets and displaced animals impacted by the recent tornadoes in Kentucky.
Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control will be collecting donations at our location in West Palm Beach at 7100 Belvedere Road from December 20th through December 23rd and December 28th through December 30th from 9am am to 12 noon and from 4pm to 6pm each day. These donations will be sorted and organized and then will be delivered by our own Palm Beach County volunteers to the affected areas in Kentucky during the first week of January 2022
Items needed are:
- New dog collars and leashes (all sizes)
- Heating pads
- New Cat collars (Break away styles)
- Blankets and Towels
- Collapsible Wire Crates
- Cat Litter Pans
- Dog Muzzles (all sizes)
- Cat Litter
- Dog and Cat shampoo
- Zip Lock Bags
- Nylabones and Kong Bones
- Tarps (any size)
- Pet Foods and Pet Treats (Cat, Dog, Bird, Hamster, Guinea Pig, Rabbit) Timothy Hay
- Gifts Cards for gasoline, Lowes, Home Depot, Harbor Freight, or any hardware stores
- Kitten and Puppy Milk Replacer and Baby animal bottle and nipples
- Gift Cards for Petco, Pet Smart, Walmart, Kroger’s, or any local grocery chain. NO CASH CAN BE ACCEPTED
