West Palm Beach, FL – Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League currently has over 1200 cats and dogs in their care and is at maximum capacity in regards to cats. To encourage adoptions, Peggy Adams is offering free adoptions of cats over 5 months of age throughout June. For those who’ve been thinking about adopting a furry friend– there is no better time than now!
All animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and will receive a starter bag of Hill’s Pet Nutrition food. Peggy Adams has a wide variety of adorable cats, kittens, dogs and puppies looking for their forever loving home.
“When Peggy Adams is as full with animals as we are today, it means we don’t have space for others that need our help. Therefore, in order to help save more lives, Peggy Adams is looking for wonderful families to come and adopt.” said Rich Anderson, Executive Director/CEO for Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.

Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League’s adoption center is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Peggy Adams will be closing at 4pm on Friday, June 22nd.) 561-686-3663. COUNTDOWN 2 ZERO INITIATIVE
All programs at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League support the Countdown 2 Zero (C2Z) initiative and its goal of saving all adoptable animals in Palm Beach County. C2Z was launched by Peggy Adams in 2014 in partnership with Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control (PBCACC). As part of the C2Z effort, Peggy Adams and PBCACC host the Annual Countdown 2 Zero Mega-Adoption Event which brings together more than 30 local rescue groups and features more than 500 adoptable animals.
