WEST PALM BEACH, FL- (July 30, 2021) August 1st is the Universal Birthday for all shelter and rescue dogs. Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League would like to thank everyone who has adopted a shelter pet.
“For all of the families that have opened their home and heart to a rescue dog and might not have known exactly the date or month your furry friend was born, you can now celebrate on DOGust 1st,” said Rich Anderson, Executive Director/CEO of Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.
And if someone does not have a shelter pet, why not adopt? To celebrate this special day, Peggy Adams is reminding everyone that now is a wonderful time to adopt and add a new furry friend to the family.
All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adopters receive a free starter bag of Hill’s Pet Nutrition food, 30 days of PetFirst Pet Insurance, and a registered HomeAgain Microchip. Peggy Adams, located at 3200 N. Note: The staff at Peggy Adams are always looking for fun and exciting new ways to celebrate our shelter animals while providing them enrichment to make their days at the shelter even brighter. We do activities such as birthday parties with treats for the long-term dogs, pool day activities and ice cream days.
