Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League launched their ‘Fix-A-Bull’ free spay and neuter program to help cut down on the number of pitties, like Kara, who are in shelters.
Kara is five-years-old, housetrained, loves to cuddle and is a great listener.

The rescue is also looking for foster families for the increasing number of pets they are taking in.
Right now, Kara is in a foster home that has helped them learn more about her ideal forever home.
