Dogs at the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League are seeking their fur-ever homes as the shelter urges the community to adopt.
The League says nearly every kennel in its shelter is full after it took in 50 dogs from an overcrowded West Palm Beach home on Tuesday. Some of those animals are still receiving medical treatment.

The shelter says it needs space for animals still in need. Around 60 dogs are ready for adoption, and several others are in need of foster homes.
If someone is interested in adopting, they can visit the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League at 3200 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach. No appointments are needed, and the shelter is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
Those interested in fostering can visit peggyadams.org/help/foster/.
